Outschool Lessons
1:1 Beginner Drum Lessons
Our beginner drum lessons are designed to make learning fun, structured, and confidence-building from the very first beat. Perfect for students aged 6–13, this program introduces the essentials of drumming in a supportive, engaging online environment.
Group Lessons 5-7
Our group drum lessons are a fun and interactive way for young musicians to build rhythm, coordination, and confidence—while learning alongside other kids in a supportive online setting.
Self-Paced Drum Lessons
Learn the basics of drumming at your own pace with this step-by-step video course designed for kids ages 6–13. Taught by Rob Egan, this course covers stick technique, beginner beats, coordination, and rhythm reading—all in a fun and easy-to-follow format. No experience needed.
Beginner to Intermediate Drum Lessons
These live, one-on-one drum lessons are perfect for students who are just starting out or looking to build on their existing skills. Taught by one of our trusted EMA instructors, lessons are tailored to each student’s level and goals.
Group Lesson 7-12
This beginner-level group class is designed for students who have a drum set and are ready to start learning in a fun, interactive online environment. No prior experience is needed—just a willingness to learn and make some noise!

Rob Egan
Drum Teacher
Meet Rob Egan – Founder, Drum Instructor & Music Educator
Rob Egan is the founder of Elevation Music Academy and a passionate music educator with over 30 years of experience teaching drums and percussion. A graduate of Berklee College of Music and a U.S. Army Band veteran, Rob brings both discipline and creativity to every lesson he teaches.
He has taught over 5,000 hours of online music lessons, helping students of all ages and abilities build confidence, master rhythm, and develop lifelong musical skills.
Whether working with beginners or advanced learners, Rob’s mission is to make drumming fun, accessible, and empowering—one beat at a time.
Jade Potter

Meet Jade Potter – Percussionist & Music Educator
Jade Potter is a passionate percussionist and educator with over 12 years of experience studying, performing, and teaching music. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music with a concentration in percussion from Emporia State University, where she has performed in a wide range of ensembles—including wind band, jazz ensemble, percussion ensemble, orchestra, choir, and drumline.
Jade brings a versatile musical background and a deep love for rhythm to every lesson. Her goal is to inspire students of all ages and experience levels by sharing the skills and knowledge she’s developed throughout her musical journey.
Whether teaching total beginners or more advanced students, Jade creates a supportive, engaging learning environment where every student can grow with confidence and joy.
She believes music should be accessible, fun, and meaningful—one student at a time.
Tony Andrulonis
Guitar / Ukulele / Voice
Meet Tony Andrulonis – Music Educator & Multi-Instrumentalist
Tony brings over 20 years of experience teaching elementary-aged students, with a passion for making music accessible, joyful, and inspiring for every learner.
He holds a Bachelor of Music from James Madison University, where he specialized in vocals and music production. He also earned certifications in Music K–12, Special Education, and a Master’s in Educational Administration.
A true multi-instrumentalist, Tony plays guitar, ukulele, bass, keyboard, percussion, and is a trained vocalist at heart. Singing remains one of his greatest joys—and one he loves to share with his students.
Tony believes music opens powerful pathways for growth and expression. His lessons are creative, inclusive, and designed to tap into each child’s unique learning style. His love of music and songwriting shines through every class, and his greatest passion is helping kids grow through the joy of making music.
Geoff Naiberk

Meet Geoff Naiberk – Guitar Instructor & Audio Engineer
Hi! I’m Geoff, a guitarist and audio engineer based in Philadelphia with over 10 years of experience helping students build skills, confidence, and creativity through music.
I earned my Bachelor of Music in Jazz Guitar Studies from the University of the Arts in 2015. Whether you’re brand new to guitar or ready to level up, my lessons are fun, engaging, and always tailored to your interests—because learning the songs you love is the best way to grow.
Some of my favorite artists include Jimi Hendrix, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Tame Impala, and St. Vincent—but I’m always keeping up with the latest hits so students can learn what they’re excited about.
When I’m not teaching, I perform with the high-energy band EBE Imagine and spend time recording and producing original music in my home studio.
